![]() Our youngest (5 year old girl) loved the trampolines that bounce into the pit, the climbing ladder and the free jump trampoline area. We have visited other Sky Zone locations, and by comparison, this one seemed bigger with more to do. ![]() We visited the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Springfield, IL with our three kids, ages 5, 9 and 13. I observed two children doing dangerous acts and almost no supervision - unsettling considering this was a playtime for tiny children. I observed the opposite: trash and detritus on the floors, cookie pieces on the video game seats, decomposing foam cubes that made everything dusty, poorly serviced obstacle course equipment, a muddy mat under a water faucet, and "messes" in the restroom. We visited on a Thursday and arrived at 9:20 AM for toddler time, so at this hour the facility should have been as clean as it gets. Shame on management for hiring such inept personnel. Apparently the teenagers at the front desk are calling the shots, although they didn't explain how wasteful this policy is or why they need to throw away participants' perfectly good socks to get new pairs. Nobody explained that this swap was permanent. We were told upon entering that we would have to exchange our personally owned socks for a pair of Sky Zone socks, and upon leaving that they had discarded our socks - we wouldn't be seeing those again. My daughter and I visited for the first time. Seek places like Chucky Cheese for overall better hosting/entertainment experience. When I asked one of the workers who brought the food in how come my guests didn't get their "goodie bags", she said.in her exact words "I have nothing to do with it".īe aware when choosing this company to host your party because it's DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. They basically set everything on the table and leave. Absolutely no instructions given on where to find utensils, cups.etc. So, you will spend the whole time serving your own guests defeating the whole purpose of enjoying the party. There will be absolutely NO "host" helping you serve your guests or entertaining them. Be aware that when Sky Zone says they're hosting your party, that means they're basically providing you the room, food and drinks (which you purchase as part of he package). We chose the highest package: Legendary and based on that package, we were to get t-shirt for guest of honor and goodies bags for jumpers in which WE DID NOT GET. The services provided were extremely poor. My sons $3.00 socks got a hole in the toe before he had even completed the course.DO NOT CHOOSE SKY ZONE TO HOST YOUR PARTY (3454 Liberty Dr, Springfield, IL 62704)īy far one of the worse party experience that we've ever encountered. In fact I did not hear a single word spoken to the kids in the entire hour I was there. I’m disgusted by the lack of interaction between the staff and clients, most of them not whispering a word of encouragement or praise for kids making their best attempts to complete the challenges. Not a single staff monitored the “game” of dodge ball but rather stood facing the other way talking to another staff the duration of the game. My children were joined on the squares by toddlers without tags or socks while the staff looked on and did not move the child out of the way or ask the four family members sitting half on the trampolines to get off. Not a single staff noticed or attempted to see if she was alright. My daughter accidently feel through the wall separating the walkway from the challenge course. At one point I organized the large group of children at the rock wall while the staff sat gazing at nothing. I was frustrated by the number of times I had to intervene on behalf of my teenage kids while the staff stood watching kids jumping lines, in front of mine and kids backtracking through the courses. ![]() First of all no one invited the 2pm group to begin, unlike the previous times we’ve been. Here is the review I left:Īlthough this experience on the trampolines is chaotic in nature things could have gone so much better if a team member had kids forming lines, encouraging fair length turns and supervising dodgeball. ![]() Visited the Skyzone in Kitchener for Dylan’s birthday. ![]()
